STREAMTUNNEL

Updated 25 October 2026

About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and STREAMTUNNEL LTD, company number 17533500, registered in England and Wales, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. “We” and “us” mean that company. “You” means whoever holds and uses a Streamtunnel key.

They apply whenever you use the Streamtunnel app, the agent, the network or this website. By using any of them you accept these terms. Read them with the privacy policy and the refund policy, which are part of the same agreement.

The service

Streamtunnel is networking made easy: an app for your devices, an agent for the machines you own, and a network of nodes, joined into one private network you can reach from anywhere. The app encrypts your traffic between your device and a node, and the node sends it on to the internet from its own address instead of yours.

You can connect through three kinds of node: Streamtunnel’s own nodes in several countries, listed live in the app; nodes you run yourself on machines you own, using the agent; and nodes that someone else has shared with you.

We do not log where you go. Traffic, DNS lookups and connection records are not kept. What we do hold for a key is listed in the privacy policy. We impose no bandwidth cap. Real speed depends on the node you use and your own connection.

Your key

Your account is a key of four random words, generated by the app. There is no name, email address or password behind it.

Anyone who has the four words owns the account, and there is no recovery. We cannot identify you, so we cannot give a lost key back, and paid time on a lost key is lost with it. Keeping the words safe is your responsibility.

One key can be linked to ten devices at a time. Unlinking a device in the app frees its place straight away. If someone else has your words, generate a new key in the app and email support with the support ID of both keys: if the old account is still live, we move the remaining time across.

Paying

Prices are in pounds sterling: £5 for 30 days, paid once; £5 a month; £25 every six months; or £45 a year. STREAMTUNNEL LTD is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. You must be 18 or over to buy time.

You can pay by card. A card payment goes through our payment processor, which sees your card details; we only keep its customer reference against the key, so that renewals credit the right account. Monero is coming soon and will add time to the key once. Cash in the post is coming later.

Monthly, six-month and yearly plans renew automatically and bill the card used until you cancel. The 30-day payment never renews. Time is added to the key once the payment has been confirmed.

If we change a price, the new price applies only to payments and renewals made after the change has been published on this site. A price change never applies to time you have already paid for. A renewal at a new price will not be taken until at least 30 days after the change is published, so you can cancel first.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time in the app, under Config then Account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the time already paid for runs to its end.

For card payments, within 14 days you get that payment back in full, even if you have used the service. After 14 days you get the unused part back, worked out from the time left. A refund covers your most recent payment, goes back to the card it came from, ends any subscription first, and takes the refunded days off the key. Ask in the app, or by email to support. The full rules are in the refund policy.

Monero and cash in the post cannot be refunded. Anti-money-laundering rules stop us sending money back to an identity we never collected.

Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel a contract for a digital service within 14 days. Our full refund in those 14 days gives you at least that right.

Using it fairly

Use Streamtunnel lawfully, and in a way that does not harm the network, other customers or anyone else. In particular, you must not use it to:

  • attack, scan, flood or break into systems or networks you do not have permission to test;
  • send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
  • spread malware, or run phishing or other fraud;
  • make, share or access child sexual abuse material;
  • harass, threaten or exploit anyone;
  • resell the service, or offer access to it as a commercial service of your own;
  • get around the ten-device limit, or interfere with how the network or the apps work.

Sharing a node you own with people you trust is part of the service and is not reselling.

Your own nodes and shared nodes

Install the agent only on a machine you own, or one you have permission to use that way, and on a connection whose provider allows it. You are responsible for that machine and its connection.

Traffic leaving your node, including traffic from anyone you share it with, leaves on your connection under your name. Sharing a node is an act of trust between the people involved, and the responsibility that comes with it is theirs and yours, not ours. There is no public marketplace for nodes and there will not be. To stop using a node in the app, long-press it and remove it.

If you use your own home node to reach streaming services or other sites, their own terms still apply to you.

If you connect through a node someone has shared with you, its owner’s machine can see which sites you reach, as any internet provider can. Who can see what explains it. Only use nodes shared by people you trust.

Suspending or ending access

You can stop using Streamtunnel whenever you like. Entering your key on the website and choosing Leave no trace erases everything we hold for it.

We may suspend or end a key’s access if it is used in breach of these terms in a way that harms the network or other people, or if the law requires us to. Because we hold no identity, we act on the key, never on a person.

If we end access for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of your most recent card payment.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Streamtunnel running and fast, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of faults. The network sometimes needs maintenance, and connections can fail for reasons outside our control.

We may change the service: add or remove locations, update the apps and the agent, or change features. If a change takes away something important you have paid for, you can ask for a refund of the unused time on your most recent card payment.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Streamtunnel is provided for lawful personal use. We do not promise that any particular website or streaming service will work through it. We are not responsible for business losses, or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. We are not responsible for what you do online, for the websites and services you reach through Streamtunnel, or for the owner of a node someone shares with you.

Apart from the cases above, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

A VPN hides your address, not your identity. A site you log into still knows who you are, and anything you type or allow is yours to give.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Changes that matter to you take effect at least 30 days after they are published. If you do not accept them, stop using the service before then: cancel any subscription and ask for the unused part of your most recent card payment back.

The law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

If something is wrong, email us first. Most problems are solved quicker that way.
