Monero adds time once and cannot be refunded. It is private by design: the chain records no sender, no receiver and no amount, so there is nothing to tie a payment to a key. Bitcoin and USDT come later.

When it opens, you post sterling notes with your support ID on a slip of paper, and we add the time to that key. No name goes on the envelope and none is kept: the ID is the only thing tying the two together, and it says nothing about who you are or what the key did.

Your support ID is in the app: Config, then Account, in the top right corner. Send more than a listed amount and it rounds down to the nearest one. Cash buys a block of time, nothing renews, and it cannot be refunded. The address to post it to appears here when cash opens; there is nothing to send until then.
